ABOUT THE COUNCIL
WHO WE ARE
The Captains Council is an independent, nonprofit organization, registered in the State of Florida, United States of America. We are Nonpartisan Think Tank, formed by US airline pilots of Dominican origin or heritage; dedicated to analysis of Dominican Aviation.
MISSION
Our mission is to exhaustively analyze the main challenges of the Dominican aviation industry and provide sound and experienced-based academic opinions for decision-makers, the press, and the general public. Council opinions are published in articles, and academic papers, offered freely to all.
VISION
The Captains Council vision is to have a positive impact in the Dominican Republic civil aviation industry, by providing non-biased analysis of the main issues affecting the sector.
